Translation
The MRC provides translational services for birth/marriage/death certificates, school/military records and other documents from and to Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian, Arabic, and Turkish languages. Translations will be ready in 2-5 business days. Same day translations may be available at an additional cost depending on the workload. Translators work with written documents. The project time varies based on the complexity of the document, especially in the case of multilingual documents. All translations are duly certified by a notary public. Additionally, MRC works closely with a translational agency that can provide translations from and to 50 different languages.
Interpretation
Interpreter services include over the phone or in person communication about healthcare, insurance, banking, utilities, retail, billing, DTA food stamps, MassHealth, housing, and other mainstream agencies. Interpreting is an audible form of communication. Interpreting services can occur in person, over the phone, or on a video chat to relay the message. When scheduling an interpreter, please provide us with more information on the date, time, location, subject matter and other background information. We encourage you to reach out in advance so we can find you the best possible interpreter for the job.
