Notarizations

MRC provides certified notary public service for Russian-speaking clients. The notary certify documents in Russian language that are intended to be used in former Soviet Union countries or their embassies. The notary can also advise on the requirements and procedures in these embassies and help prepare documents for submission, schedule appointments. Notary Public services are available during normal business hours, weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Identification is required.
